The password reset facility allows to you to reset your current Simply Pass account password if you have forgotten it.

The process to reset your Simply Pass password involves 3 steps:

  1. Entering either your new username or email address and clicking “Get New Password” in the form above.
    A request email shall then be forwarded to your associated mailbox.
  2. Once an email has been received, click on the provided link to accept the request that allows your password to be reset.
  3. A second email will be sent to you with your new password.
    This password can be changed once you have logged into the system.

Note, emails take between 2 – 30 minutes to be received once issued from the Simply Pass mailbox.
