The password reset facility allows to you to reset your current Simply Pass account password if you have forgotten it.
The process to reset your Simply Pass password involves 3 steps:
- Entering either your new username or email address and clicking “Get New Password” in the form above.
A request email shall then be forwarded to your associated mailbox.
- Once an email has been received, click on the provided link to accept the request that allows your password to be reset.
- A second email will be sent to you with your new password.
This password can be changed once you have logged into the system.
Note, emails take between 2 – 30 minutes to be received once issued from the Simply Pass mailbox.
